We at West Park want to make the transition into primary school as easy as possible, not just for our new starter children, but also for our new starter parents.
Below you will find some of the information that is going to make life a little easier in the first few weeks of your child starting school and should help you answer some of the questions you may have.

Free School Meals online form:
ParentPay Hot Meals Booking System:
Here at West Park we use Parent Pay to book school meals. This can be done up to 10 weeks in advance.
Please make sure you sign up as soon as you receive your login details via email. The link below is a step by step guide on what you need to do:

sQuid payment system
For any payments that need to be made at school for example for a trip or visit, we use the payment platform sQuid.
You will be sent your login details via email once your child starts at West Park and you can either download the app or use the website to make payment for these things.
SchoolsBuddy
To book onto Teacher led after school clubs or for a slot at Parent / Carer Consultations, we use the booking tool SchoolsBuddy. Again, you can either download the app to your mobile device or use the website to create an account. Account details will be emailed to you once your child starts at school.
Medical /medicine forms
If your child requires medication to be administered at school, please fill in the forms below and hand in to the First Aid Office on Clive Avenue.
Please note we are only able to accept prescribed medication in its original packaging which contains all original guidance on how to administer the medicine.
